LT J. FRED OLIVER

After six months as an FO, I was  assigned to MACV team 86 for 6 months. Rotated and discharged in my home state of Ca in Feb 1969. Tried stock brokerage, traveled in Europe, back to San Diego State U for a degree. In 1972 I began a career in commercial real estate brokerage. Married in 1975 to my wife Susan and we are blessed with three married sons, and four beautiful grandchildren.

I have spent 40 years in residential and commercial development and still enjoying the industry with my sons. We have a diversified portfolio ranging from self storage, gas stations, hotels, apartments to commercial properties.  Susan and I have always resided in La Jolla, Ca, and have a second home in Jackson Hole, Wy.  We continue to travel, and to date  have visited 114 countries.

I actively jog on the beach, play golf, fly fish, and hunt. We share church regularly with our family, and thank God for our incredible blessings!
