As
President-elect of the 25th Infantry Division Association, I would like
to extend a personal invitation to all who served with the 3rd Brigade Task
Force (Bastard Brigade) in the Central Highlands of Vietnam from 1966 until
the Brigade colors and units were returned to Schofield Barracks, Hawaii in
the 1970's. I served with Company B, 1st Battalion, 14th Infantry
(Golden Dragons) when we deployed from Hawaii and finished up on Brigade
staff. It doesn't matter whether you wore a RED patch or a GREEN
patch, we all "humped" the same ground and you will be
welcome.
If
you'd like, I bet we could even arrange your own "cannon-cocker"
and/or "cacti" tables in the Hospitality Room right next to the
Golden Dragons.
